I did not want to leave and would still consider staying here again. I greatly enjoyed the room with fantastic view of tokyo tower, the bed was comfy. The hotel took care of the brilliant service. Luxurious facilities and the pool was great.

The breakfast with Tokyo City view was delightful. The bar and spa were nice amenities. The front desk staff who spoke Mandarin were friendly. The location facing the Tokyo tower was convenient, with a mall, train station, and taxi service nearby. The spacious rooms had stunning views, including the sight of Mt. Fuji during the day.

We had a wonderful stay at a classy hotel located close to a beautiful midtown mall with lots of restaurant choices and decent shopping malls. The view from our room was incredible and we enjoyed the exceptional service, especially in the lounge. The breakfast was impeccable and we enjoyed the choice of Japanese and international cuisine.
The lobby bar was quite crowded, and we had to wait for a seat.
